“After purchasing your tool I found more uses than described in the commercial. I build speaker cabinets and to cut holes in the cabinet to install the ports and terminal cups it’s always a hassle because the hole saws are never the right size. With this tool I just place a smaller blade than the hole I need to cut and just scribe around the blade at what ever length the hole needs to be. When fitting the sides of the boxes it’s allot quicker measuring the difference in width with this tool than making marks with a pencil and then drawing the line with a straight edge. I just place a board to the side of the piece I need to cut and just scribe the difference with one easy swipe. My wife even used it to scribe tiles she was installing on the fireplace. She was half way through installing them when I showed her the tool and how it worked. It took her 3 hours to do the first half , measuring , fitting and cutting. But only 45 minutes to do the other half using this neat little tool. I guess I’ll have to get her one also. This tool really does save you time and money because she had to throw several tiles away that she trimmed wrong installing the first half. Great tool for the hobbyist or professional. “
